Everest Receivable Services, Inc.’s medical division is a group that prides itself on the principles of hard work, dedication and client relationships. We strive to be an extension of the medical facilities we work with.  Treating patients with a high level of service and working with them to resolve their issues is our main goal. In many cases payment becomes secondary to addressing the circumstances that contributed to their delinquency.

By putting the patient first our HIPAA trained and certified agents work with patients to resolve their accounts while maintaining the highest level of customer service possible. It is our mission to treat patients with professionalism and courtesy, working hand-in-hand to find a solution that fits their abilities to resolve the account.

Our highly trained personnel are consistently kept up-to-date on changes in the medical field. As a result we are experts in dealing with the increasing number of challenging situations that arise in dealing with patient billing issues. All of our agents are trained to work with insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid recipients, charity care and third party payers. Our management team works closely with facility billing and patient care representatives to make sure the patient is given every opportunity to resolve their issues prior to working out payment options.  The processes and technology our medical division has built surrounding the healthcare industry has allowed us to be able to focus on the primary goal we originally set out for Patient Care.
